Edinburgh nursery children plant seeds

Date: 03 May 2019

Children at Bright Horizons Elsie Inglis Early Learning and Childcare in Edinburgh have started planting seeds as part of Growing Gardeners month at the nursery.

They have made use of an old pallet and created this into a flower patch. They have been sharing stories on spring and growing and this developed their knowledge when it came to taking part.

“The children now water these daily and are awaiting patiently for them to begin to grow,” said Deputy Nursery Manager Kate Hubbert.
