Harpenden children discuss fireworks safety

Date: 07 Nov 2018

Children at Bright Horizons Asquith Harpenden Day Nursery have been busy discussing fireworks safety in and around Bonfire Night.

The children then made their own fireworks and sparklers which they used in the nursery garden, watched on by Bright Horizons health and safety mascot Candy Floss.

“Candy Floss helped to tell the children to wear gloves if holding a sparkler and what a fire extinguisher can be used for,” said Nursery Manager Hollie Stokes.
