Saffron Walden nursery children learn more about human body
Date: 21 Jun 2018
Children at Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Crocus Early Years Centre were recently visited by teachers from nearby Walden County High School who brought a skeleton for the children to look at.
The children were given the opportunity to label the parts of the body, bones and asked what parts of the body do.
“The children have also been discussing hair colour, eye colour and heights,” said Nursery Manager Anne Hunt. “The skeleton was a great way for them to learn more about the functionality of the human body.”
