Bright Horizons Family Solutions®, a leading provider of high-quality childcare, early education and other services designed to help employees and families address the challenges of work and life, has announced it has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2018 by the Great Place to Work® Institute alongside 127 other organisations.
The award sees Bright Horizons recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the 13th consecutive year and the official award was received at a gala dinner, hosted by Rory Bremner, in London on April 25th. Bright Horizons was awarded 17th place in the Large Category, meaning those organisations with 500 or more employees.
The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into our organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies we have which creates our successful workplace culture."We are delighted to be recognised as one of the ‘Best Workplaces’ for an incredible 13th successive year; it means a great deal to us to know that year upon year our people feel supported, as individuals and as professionals, and that they have such pride in their work. This honour belongs to each member of our Bright Horizons family and is a direct reflection of the passion and dedication they bring to work each and every day to support us in our mission to deliver exceptional care, education and family solutions.” said Bright Horizons Family Solutions, managing director, international, James Tugendhat.
