Staff at Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool in Wilmslow have set up a space station at the site to help children in their learning of space.

The nursery home corner has been transformed into the space station to now include toy jet packs and stilts for moonwalking. The children have also been dressing up in different space outfits.

“The children have excelled in using their imaginations for this fun learning experience,” said Angela Brandwood-Greene, nursery manager. “They have been keen to learn more about outer space and our solar systems in recent times. We look forward to introducing more themed activities as part of our science programme in the weeks ahead.”
