Crewe children learn more about the human body
Date: 27 Jan 2017
Children at Bright Horizons Crewe Day Nursery and Preschool have been enhancing their knowledge of the human body as part of the organisation’s Growing Scientists enhancement.
Staff created a life size outline drawing of a body and children where then asked to place the stickers of different body parts in the correct place.
“This was a great activity to teach the children about the human body, while having fun at the same time,” said Nursery Manager Claire Chadwick. “They then created some songs around the different parts of the body.”
Bright Horizons’ Growing Scientists enhancement aims to help children identify scientific activities that occur in their everyday lives.
