Meet the Team

Jodi Roth

My passion for childcare and early years development started when I was at school with my year 10 work experience position.  I helped out in a college crèche where I experienced in a short time how a child’s learning and development could thrive with the correct engagement in activities and interactions with their teachers and peers. I returned to school with great achievement in ‘I helped that little boy learn to ride his bike’
In 1997, I left college after completing my BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies and joined the private sector as a nursery nurse; firstly working with all age groups then progressed to room leader of the toddlers. I had the opportunity for the Deputy Manager role and then Nursery Manager also overseeing a holiday club scheme, with my professional development growing over a 12 year period within the same nursery. I joined the Bright Horizons Family in 2009 through a company acquisition and joined Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt in 2013. I love what I do and working for a fantastic organisation such as Bright Horizons. Working with a great staff team all striving for the same outcome and learning opportunities for the children in safe and stimulating environment.  Seeing the children grow into the active learners that they become where their individuality can shine and their confidence grows is so rewarding and supporting families on their journey through their child’s early years.
Every day is a different day in Early Years Childcare; and that’s what makes each day both rewarding and exciting.

I have worked at Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt since 2014. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years, starting off as a nursery nurse. I have got a diploma in Childcare and Education which is equivalent to an NVQ level 3. I also have an NVQ in Management Level 3. I enjoy watching children develop and achieve, I enjoy working with other people and meeting new people. I enjoy watching children thrive, develop and enjoying new experiences that we can provide. I have only been working for Bright Horizons for a short amount of time but love working for the company.
