Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool is now open! The purposefully converted setting offers six individual home-bases tailored to each age group as well as a large external play area where the children can play and explore while building a lifelong love of learning. An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.
All our food is freshly cooked by our on-site chef and is nutritionally balanced. The nursery is located in the town centre, just a five-minute walk from Leatherhead train station with excellent commuter links.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the NEW Bright Horizons Family App. The app will offer a variety of features that will give you the ability to get more information on your child's day than ever before, as well as being able to notify the nursery of any changes to your planned pick-up or absences, as well as booking extra sessions.
Where possible we look to offer flexible booking patterns and a range of funding options, including the government's 30 hours funded childcare* provision. To request pricing and availability, please request a call back by clicking the button below.

I joined Bright Horizons Leatherhead in January 2020 as the Deputy Manager after transferring from the Dorking nursery. I have over 15 years early years experience and have worked in a variety of different childcare settings.
I love helping to support the staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential. I am also the lead SENCO at the nursery.
I completed my NNEB in 1999 and have since gained 19 years’ experience working within many different early years settings. I recently completed my BA (Hons) in Early Years teaching and learning. I chose to study towards my BA to gain a further knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and to enable me to provide the children in my care the best start in their learning and development.
I have a genuine passion for the early years and believe that we are laying the important foundations upon which children base their learning and grow.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
