At Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, we provide exceptional care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a spacious, purpose-built setting designed to inspire learning and confidence.

Conveniently located on the Hinchley Park residential development fronting the Kingston Bypass (A309), our nursery offers easy access for families. We’re close to Hinchley Wood and Claygate stations with mainline train links to London and provide onsite parking and a buggy park for stress-free drop-offs and pick-ups.

Our bright, airy rooms are tailored to each age group, with free-flow access to individual gardens. Babies enjoy sensory-rich spaces and their own outdoor area, toddlers thrive in creative and role-play zones, and preschoolers benefit from activities designed to build independence and confidence, including our unique Growing Programmes taught by a qualified preschool teacher.

Every child benefits from our Nurture Approach, which focuses on emotional wellbeing and strong, caring relationships, alongside the Bright Beginnings Curriculum, developed by Early Years specialists to build on the EYFS statutory framework. This holistic programme nurtures confidence, creativity and school readiness through structured learning and open-ended play.

We offer bespoke settling-in sessions to help your child feel safe and secure from day one. Parents stay connected via our Family App, receiving real-time updates on their child’s day.

Our outdoor spaces include a sports garden, mud kitchen, tree house, stage, and pet corner, perfect for imaginative play and physical development. Indoors, children enjoy specialist rooms such as a focus room for preschoolers and a bespoke children’s kitchen for hands-on cooking experiences.

With nutritious meals prepared by our onsite chef and essentials like nappies, wipes, and sun cream included, we make busy mornings easier. Longer opening hours (7:30am–6pm) support working families.
