Welcome to Sutton Day Nursery and Preschool. Our beautiful nursery in Sutton is set in a charming, converted house, and combines high-quality equipment and facilities with exceptional care, supporting your child's development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

Thoughtfully Designed Rooms

Each of our rooms is carefully tailored to your child's age, ability, and interests.

In the cosy baby room, we follow your baby's home routine as closely as possible, helping to make a smooth transition from home to nursery life. We also have a brilliant baby sensory room, which is a lovely space for some stimulating quiet time.

Our spacious toddler room is for children aged 2 to 3 and is split into two areas. We focus on toilet training and independence in this bright room, and activities are planned around the children's interests.

Upstairs is our large and exciting preschool unit, which is divided into a preschool and ready for school room. As well as a variety of fun activities, your child will learn the key skills they need to feel confident to start school. In the ready for school room, our days take on a similar structure to school days, helping to prepare your little one for the exciting days to come.

Enriching Learning Programmes

At our nursery in Sutton, your child will get the best start to their schooling life through enriching learning experiences thanks to our Growing Enhancement programmes. This unique programme introduces your child to essential key skills in subjects including maths, reading, writing, science, art, IT, sports, and more.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.

We host weekly Theatrebugs sessions for all ages. These fun and lively sessions help children to explore stories in new ways, with songs, instruments and imaginary play. Whether your child is a ‘Caterpillar’, ‘Cocoon’ or ‘Butterfly’, they’ll get to meet new characters, stretch their imaginations and have a lot of fun with fully interactive story sessions that are perfectly pitched for their age group.

Discoveries in the Garden

Our bright and spacious garden is divided into age-appropriate areas to ensure your little one always has access to the best resources to support their development.

There is always something new to discover in the garden, from building equipment and trikes to obstacle courses and shaded reading areas.
