Welcome to Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. Set in a purpose-built building, our nursery offers excellent care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years. We have a large car park onsite to make drop-off and pick-up easier, and an early birds early morning drop-off is available. Our nursery is right on the southern edge of the business park and is close to West Malling train station and with easy access to the M20 and M25

Across our seven age-focused rooms, we offer an exceptional start to schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress, whether that involves transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.

Within our under 2s room we'll follow your baby's individual routine from home as closely as possible, to help them settle into nursery life easier. Our room has plenty to discover as well as messy play, creative corners, and interesting lay, we also have separate sleep and sensory rooms and a private baby garden to further enhance your baby's days.

Our nursery rooms for 2- to 3-year-olds are thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to encourage your toddler’s natural curiosity and growing independence. With engaging activities and child-friendly areas, these rooms provide a safe, stimulating environment where your child can explore, learn, and develop essential skills.

In preschool, our early years teacher helps your child build essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving while fostering confidence and social development. Through engaging activities and routines, we ensure your aspiring learner feels happy, confident, and ready for school.

To ensure your aspiring learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.

We have two gardens that offer a large outdoor space for your child to explore, discover and play. The gardens can be enjoyed in all weathers, from tricycles and a climbing frame to agility equipment, such as hoops, balls and bats, there are plenty of activities to help develop their balance and coordination and have a lot of fun. We also have a shaded seating area for those warm sunny days.

While your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us. We also offer Settling in Sessions tailored to suit you and your child’s individual needs. Information is gathered from you to ensure there is a smooth transition into nursery for your child.
