Having worked in the childcare industry since 2005, I joined Bright Horizons in 2010. Since starting my career as a nursery nurse I’ve worked my way up in a variety of successful nurseries and I’m now the manager of East India Dock Day Nursery. I have a true passion for early years education and pride myself on facilitating exceptional learning outcomes. My team here provide a stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive and we’d love the chance to welcome you to the nursery.
I started working as a teacher in 2013 and have over 8 years’ experience in child care. I was promoted to Deputy Manager 1st of June 2019. I am a qualified teacher and I have a degree in child care, I enjoy working on my own initiative but am the best when working in a team.
In short, I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and eager to learn. I am a fast learner focused, approachable, firm humble, honest, kind and very optimistic in life.
I am interested in nature photography, foreign languages (currently learning Spanish) and cooking family meals. I like to travel; meet new people and find out more about other cultures, music and food. I am a friendly, active person enjoys working with a great team at East India Dock Preschool.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer.
