At Bright Horizons East India Dock Day Nursery and Preschool, we understand how important it is to find a nursery where your child feels happy, secure, and supported. Welcoming children from 3 months to 5 years, our nursery provides a warm and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Our caring and experienced team creates engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and stage of development. Children enjoy exploring our thoughtfully designed rooms, complete with spaces for reading, sensory play, music and movement, imaginative play, and hands-on learning. We believe every child is unique and aim to help them build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning from the very start.
Outdoor adventures are a big part of nursery life. Children have access to a free-flow garden, a separate outdoor garden, and regular opportunities to explore the local area, including riverside walks and visits to nearby parks. These experiences encourage children to discover the world around them, develop confidence, and build a connection with nature.
Our Bright Beginnings Curriculum is brought to life through enriching experiences that support children's wellbeing, development, and creativity. Activities such as Healthy Hearts and Minds, Boogie Mites, and weekly Bilingual Beats sessions help children develop confidence, communication skills, and a love of learning. As they grow, our Ready for School Programme supports children in developing the independence and skills they need for a smooth transition to school.
Fresh, nutritious meals are prepared daily by our on-site chef, with children encouraged to explore healthy foods and enjoy positive, social mealtimes together.
With inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces, a sensory room, water play opportunities, a vegetable garden, language classes, and a dedicated team who genuinely care about every child, Bright Horizons East India Dock Day Nursery and Preschool offers a welcoming environment where children can flourish and families feel supported every step of the way.

Our calculator enables you to estimate your basic fees BEFORE childcare funding is applied. We’ve taken this approach as funding is dependent on your own very individual situation, how old your child is, where you live, whether you’re working, or you get discounts from your workplace.
