I have worked at East Greenwich Day Nursery and Preschool since 2005. I started my journey as room leader in the toddler room. Moving on to become Deputy Manager then Manager. I have been in my present role since 2013. My qualifications are an NVQ3 in Childhood Care and Development and NVQ3 in Business Management.
My previous career was in banking. After spending time at home being a full time Mum to my three daughters, I decided to pursue a career in childcare as I had a passion for early years and child development.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
