Canada Square Nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
We’re very close to the Jubilee Line, and are located just outside of the shopping mall – perfect for parents who are commuting in to work (or ready to shop). We pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere - our nursery has an extremely low staff turnover and our staff offer high-quality, professional care within an extremely secure nursery environment.
Canada Square children enjoy the use of a huge indoor garden with a life size climbing train, ride on bikes and cars and lots of space to run around. They also have the use of our exclusive Growing Room. We also take advantage of our location – with daily trips out along the riverside to watch the clipper boats. Bright Horizons nurseries have a wide range of play and learning activities designed to encourage happy, confident children who are ready to enjoy a lifelong journey of learning, including our unique Growing Programmes, a unique set of enhancements which focus on reading, writing, science, maths, physical activity and art. We also enjoy weekly visits from our Sports Coach and Bilingual Beats extracurricular sessions at no extra cost.

I have been a Nursery Manager for 17 years and have been in bchildcare since 1984 at various nurseries, including Bright Horizons Heron Quays. I have worked predominantly in Tower Hamlets. I have been working at Bright Horizons Canada Square nursery since October 2017 and absolutely love the friendly atmosphere here.
I have an NNEB and NVQ4 in management and childcare qualification and lots of other qualifications for short courses related to the childcare industry.
Working in partnership with parents is extremely important for me so I offer an open door policy where you can drop in for a chat, advice or just a cup of tea.
I have been working in Canary Wharf for 7 years where I started as a Qualified Practitioner. I qualified in 2007 with a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and I have been working in a nursery setting for 12 years.
I am Deputy Manager at Canada Square Nursery and enjoy working alongside a fabulous team.
I have worked in childcare for 7 years and worked my way up to Third in Charge. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and am currently studying my foundation degree in management.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
