I have been working with Bright Horizons Family Solutions since 2009. I first started my journey at our Stockwell Nursery and transferred to West Dulwich in 2013. I have worked in childcare since 1998 working as a Nursery Nurse in a crèche; I then moved on to work in a private nursery and soon worked my way up to becoming a manager in 2006.
I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Childcare. I have always had a passion for working with young children which started when I took care of my younger brothers and sisters. Working with young children is a very rewarding profession and it is wonderful to watch the children grow and develop into unique individuals. Every day brings a new and wonderful experiences.
I have been working at West Dulwich as a deputy manager since 2011. I have previously managed two 44 place day nurseries.
I've worked in childcare since 1998 when I started as a nursery nurse in a charity nursery. I worked there for 10 years working my way up from nursery nurse to Senior Nursery Nurse to Manager.
I am NVQ Level 3 qualified in Early Years Playwork and Management. Professionally I am interested in Special Educational Needs and I'm currently the SEND officer at the nursery.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
