I have been with Bright Horizons for 15 years. During this time I have spent 2-3 years with each age group, I managed to gain the relevant qualification during this time period and was promoted to Nursery Manager. Over the past 6 years, my role has developed to oversee the nursery as a whole and seamlessly running its operations whilst overlooking every aspect of child development. I am the designated Safeguarding Officer for Balham Nursery and I hold both First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid certificates.
I have 24 years in childcare experience. I joined bright Horizons in 2011 as a room manager and worked my way up to a Deputy manager in 2014. I enjoy working in the rooms promoting quality and ensuring policy and procedures are being followed. I am passionate in providing outstanding and exceptional care and education to all our children and families. I am always eager to develop my knowledge and practices within the child care sector.
