I enjoy working in partnership with parents to obtain the best outcome for each children and ensuring all children under our care at Chelsea Day Nursery have a unique nursery experience.
My journey with Bright Horizons started as a Room Leader shortly after sucessfully completing my Early Childhood Studies Degree in 2015 - I am passionate about the quality of childcare that we offer.
I have slowly worked my way up to Nursery Manager and have had a vast experience while effectively supporting many Bright Horizons branches.
I joined the Bright Horizons in 2016 and transferred over to Northcote Road nursery and became the Deputy Manager in September 2019.
I work alongside Leanne to deliver the highest quality care and education for children and families. I also regularly spend time within the nursery rooms both observing and mentoring staff in addition to spending valuable time with the children. I’m committed to providing a safe and fun environment for your child to learn and achieve their full potential. I believe that building strong partnerships with parents and families is vital in ensuring development and learning is extended at home. My passion is watching alongside the Preschool children and supporting them with their readiness for school.
I gained my BA Hons in Early Childhood studies back in 2015 and use this knowledge to build upon both my own professional development and supporting the staff team.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
