Welcome to Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool. Our Ofsted Good rated nursery is dedicated to giving children aged 3 months to 5 years the very best start.

An Inspiring Environment

Our baby unit has two bright and spacious rooms and benefits from direct access to the garden.

The toddler unit also comprises two large rooms and includes a toilet area to support toilet-training. Children enjoy freeflow access to the garden, allowing them to explore the outdoors whenever they like.

Preschoolers have two large and colourful rooms and enjoy challenging activities to prepare them for school.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, preschoolers take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure to maths, reading, writing and other essential skills they need to get ready for school. These sessions are taught by our qualified preschool teacher.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum designed by our own Early Years specialists,

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, it combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

Support for Additional Needs

Our nursery team includes staff who are SENDCO qualified, and staff trained to support speech and language with Welcome and Nursery Talk, providing support to children with additional needs.

Excellent Specialist Facilities

From music and cooking to yoga and so much more, our specialist rooms offer a range of exciting and stimulating activities to enhance your child's nursery experience.

In our preschool kitchen, your mini chef will love taking part in our Cookery Club, while in the art studio, they'll be able to create their own masterpieces. We also have a fully equipped ICT area for learning computer skills and an inspiring role play area.

Creating Bonds with the Older Generation

We're fortunate enough to work with Allingham House, a care home for the elderly. During weekly visits the children enjoy forming bonds with the residents.
