Meet the Team

Hannah Sherlock

I have a BA Hons degree in childhood and youth studies and have a paediatric first aid qualification. I have over 9 years of childcare experience and working in nursery settings. I am extremely passionate in ensuring the children enjoy their day at nursery and thrive to ensure you are provided with the highest standard of quality care.

I have worked for Bright Horizons for 8 years and recently moved over to Sale to cover Jenni’s maternity leave. I worked at our nursery in Wilmslow where I have built up my knowledge and experience.

Being a nursery manager is fantastic as never are two days the same. You may see me at reception working on the computer or in the rooms playing and singing nursery rhymes with the children. I am passionate in ensuring the children develop to the best of their potential and supporting my team to make this happen.

The team at Sale are enthusiastic and inspirational, they are always coming up with ideas to make the children’s experiences meaningful. They plan every activity based around the children’s developmental needs and enjoy sharing this with the parents during the evening collections. The team are passionate in making the children’s experiences come to life and always leave at the end of the day with a smile on their face knowing they have made a difference to a child’s life.

I like to spend a lot of my time getting to know my families in the nursery and making their experience the very best it can be. I always make sure I am accessible for every family and will endeavour to meet the needs of every family the best way I can.

Jessica Gill

I have been working for the company for 5 years, throughout this time I have worked my way up to be a deputy manager. I have worked at many different sites across Manchester but I have been based at Sale Day Nursery and Preschool for 3 years now. Whilst working here I have gained my BA hons in Early Years and Childhood studies. I have recently had a little boy who attends the nursery with me.
