I have been working with Bright Horizons for 10 years and hold a Level 3 Qualification in childcare and education. Also, I have just completed my level 5 degree in leadership and management. I have experience working with all age groups and I enjoy providing inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the nursery and to maintain a stimulating and enjoyable environment to ensure every child has the best possible start in their educational life.
I started my path in childcare in 2007. I have worked with children between the ages of 3 months and 8 years in a range of environments. I achieved my BA (Hons) in Early Years Education in 2014.
After joining Bright Horizons in 2018 I have worked my way up to management, joining the team at Southfields in 2019. I take pride in knowing that our work prepares children for their future. I make an effort to build relationships with the families of the children we care for allowing for open communication.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
