Meet the Team

Name of person

Juvina Bignall

I joined Bright Horizons Wandsworth in May 2018 as the preschool room leader and was promoted to Deputy Manager in November 2018. I have 18 years of experience working within the early years, which have spanned across a variety of roles such as an early years educator to an early years advisor and everything else in between.
In 2012 I completed my BA (hons) degree in Early Years Teaching and recently gained my Early Years Teachers Status.
I have always been passionate about working with children and gain my job satisfaction through helping them to develop and grow from babies to pre-schoolers who are ready to take the next step in their educational experience. Little people with the confidence to achieve big dreams!

Chelsey Benny

I started working at Wandsworth Nursery and Preschool when I was 19 years old as a level 3 Nursery nurse. During my time at the nursery, I have been the room leader of our biggest room, the baby room, before becoming third in charge when we received an outstanding Ofsted rating.

I have also completed my level 3 in management.

This summer I became the Deputy of Wandsworth. I  am very happy to be a part of the BH team, and excited to see what else I can achieve professionally.

Name of person

Candy Floss

Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.

Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!
