A Stunning and Welcoming Nursery in Chelsea

Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool is specially designed to support your child’s development, from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

We ensure your child receives the best care and education, right from baby to preschool. At the earliest stage, our free settling in sessions ease the transition from home to nursery. Rising threes can enjoy a wealth of exciting, educational activities on their learning journey with us, and preschoolers benefit from an enriching Ready for School programme. This gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond. Our unique Healthy Hearts and Minds activities provide inspirational and engaging learning experiences using the innovative and well established Boogie Mites and myHappymind programmes.

Chelsea Day Nursery features a large outdoor space, separated into two freeflow gardens to give children independence in their play. In addition to this, trips further afield to Battersea Park and local libraries encourage familiarity with children’s local community.

Our nursery in Chelsea is located near Battersea Park and The Lister Hospital. We are less than 15 minutes’ walk from Sloane Square Station and have a convenient buggy storage area.

We would love to meet you and your child, so book a visit today and we will show you all our nursery has to offer during your own personal tour.

Meet the Team

Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool Manager

Ciara Reilly

I have been in Childcare for 8 years now and hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. I started at Bright Horizons in May 2018 as a Deputy Manager and have worked my way up to Manager. My career has spanned many roles, including starting off as an apprentice in May 2012.

My aim is to always ensure children are cared for to the highest standards and that the learning we provide is of the highest quality, as we are essentially the key to unlocking these children’s futures.

Working with children has always been a dream of mine from a child and I now pursue it as a passion and enjoy leading those I work with to success and creating a fun and enabling space for the children.

Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Nursery and Preschool Deputy Manager

Leanne Eustace

I have been with Bright Horizons for 13 years and I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development. My career has spanned many roles, starting from an unqualified bank member of staff moving all the way up to management.

I enjoy supporting the team to ensure we are providing exceptional care and learning for each individual child.

I look forward to continuing my management journey at Bright Horizons Chelsea and watching the children flourish!

Candy Floss

Candy Floss

Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.

Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!

Why Bright Horizons

The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
