Royal Earlswood Pre-School & Day Nursery in Redhill is based in a converted Victorian house with light, airy rooms, and our large garden provides a one-of-a-kind learning experience for the under-fives.
In addition to nursery play we also offer extracurricular activities including Drama Buds. Our nursery is rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted and is innovative, stimulating and inspiring for children and staff alike. We believe in building strong relationships with families and our experienced team is here to answer your questions and support you and your child throughout your time with us. We regularly communicate with parents through newsletters, updates on the information screen, parents' evenings and social evenings.
We offer flexible settling-in sessions, arranged to suit you, and our open-door policy means we remain open to all parents, providing them with a detailed handover at the end of the day. We have three schools very close to the nursery; Earlswood School is about a ten-minute walk away, St. John’s School twenty minutes and Salford’s School a short car journey.

Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.
Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!
