Hello, my name is Tina Dellis and I am the Nursery Manager
I have been in childcare for 18 years. I started as an assistant and found my passion. I have never looked back. I started working at Zoom 2005 as a Lead practitioner with children under the age of two at Maythorne Cottages. This is where I became very passionate about my role and working with our children. I then moved to the Baby Unit as a Lead Practitioner working in BS3 with children from 10 Months to 2 years.
I worked my way up to Third in charge and then promoted to the manager at the Baby Unit. I was in charge of 32 babies from 3 Months to 2.5 years. In 2016 I was transferred to a bigger site at Maythorne Cottages where I am currently working as Nursery Manager.
Hello, my name is Fiona MacLeod and I joined Zoom nurseries in March 2015 and started my journey as a Third in Charge at our Beacon Road Site. The opportunity came for me to continue my management journey and I secured a promotion as Deputy Manager at Maythorne Cottages in November 2017.
My incredible journey in the childcare sector has given me twenty amazing years and I completed my BA Degree in Childhood Studies with a specialism of Special Educational Needs in July 2018. I am dedicated and believe in ensuring that our children and their families have the most rewarding memories and experiences created within our nursery.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
