Meet the Team

Danielle Needham

I have worked at Dandelions since 2010, starting as a maternity cover room leader within preschool before working my way up to manager in 2014. Overall I have worked in this sector for 10 years as a nursery nurse in other local nurseries. I currently have a level 4 in Children’s Learning and Development and I have just completed my Foundation Degree in the Early Years. I will be starting my BA in the Early Years from September 2015. I was inspired by my brother to work in childcare as I loved watching him grow and develop.

Trudy Longshaw

I have been at the nursery since 2012, starting as a nursery nurse in the preschool room before being promoted to deputy manager. As a room based deputy, I work in the preschool room as well as sharing my time in the office carrying out other responsibilities. I currently have an NNEB in childcare and I'm studying for my Foundation Degree in the Early Years. I have been inspired by watching children grow, learn and experience new things.
