Dandelions Day Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to Bright Horizons Dandelions Day Nursery and Preschool in Hampshire, where we nurture children aged 3 months to 5 years, ensuring they receive the very best start. Our nursery can be found just off the A303, conveniently surrounded by expansive green space, close to the historic Stonehenge We also have an onsite buggy park to ease pick up and drop off.

In our age-specific rooms, we provide a fantastic start to children’s educational journey through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

To ensure a smooth transition for your baby and give you peace of mind, we collaborate with you to maintain your home routine. Our baby room is filled with exciting sensory activities and home comforts, including a peaceful sleep room, to fully support their move from home to nursery.

Our toddler room, designed for children aged 18 months to 2.5 years, features large windows that fill the space with natural light. The room includes a creative area equipped for sensory and artistic activities, a cosy corner for rest, story time, and quiet moments with staff, as well as a role-play area. Continuous provisions such as sand, water, and loose parts are available throughout the day. The room also has its own bathroom, a separate nappy-changing area, and direct access to the garden, allowing children free-flow to play outdoors.

Preschoolers enjoy their own dedicated space, led by a qualified preschool teacher who focuses on equipping them with key skills to ensure they feel ready and confident to start school.

Your child will love our large outdoor space, which is thoughtfully divided into areas tailored to each age group, ensuring the best resources for their needs. The garden also features an outdoor classroom adjacent to the preschool room, offering shelter from the elements so children can enjoy outdoor activities regardless of the weather. Budding explorers will make exciting discoveries in our very own Forest School, fostering their natural curiosity and love of learning.

While your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.
