Our nursery features an onsite car park and buggy park, making pick-ups and drop-offs easy and stress-free. Conveniently located close to Cambridge train station, it's an ideal choice for commuting parents.

Our age-focused rooms offer an exceptional start to schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our Early Years specialists. This holistic yet personalized approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress, whether transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.

In our baby room, children feel comforted as we follow their individual routines from home. We have a robust keyperson approach from when the children start with us to allow them to adapt to the environment feeling safe and secure. We have a home from home environment where children explore a variety of different experiences. Early communication is supported through the love for stories and singing.

Our toddler room supports the children’s growing ability with their independence. They have free-flow access which allows them to make choices throughout the day. The experiences are followed on from the children’s interest to extend their learning further. They have a love of outdoor experiences especially exploring the natural environment near the nursery. The keyperson continues to support the child to feel safe and secure building up their skills to play and interact with the other children. Candyfloss is used to allow the children to have a basic understanding of keeping themselves safe.

Preschoolers benefit from the guidance of highly skilled practitioners who helps them get ready for school. Our curriculum, building on the foundations of the government's EYFS framework and Bright Beginnings, includes a wide range of activities designed to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. The nurture approach supports the children to develop their emotional wellbeing providing the skills needed to regulate their emotions. The Growing Programmes are used alongside following the children’s interests to enhance the children’s development. 

In addition, we offer Boogie mites an interactive music and movement session, which is loved by children of all ages and provides exciting opportunities to learn about the world through music and song.

While your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us. Each room has access to its own private garden area, allowing children to continue their learning and exploration in an outdoor environment specifically designed for their age group.
