Welcome to Wokingham Day Nursery and Preschool. Our long-standing team is dedicated to providing the best care and education for children for aged 3 months to 5 years.

Dedicated Areas for All Ages

In our bright and inspiring nursery we have rooms for each of our age groups. Children take part in a variety of exciting activities inspired by their own interests.

In the baby room, little ones focus on sensory play as they learn about the world around them, making discoveries to aid them in meeting their developmental milestones.

In the toddler room, role play becomes a prominent feature, as we encourage and support children's curiosities and independence. As your child reaches preschool age, the focus shifts to more structured learning, getting them ready for their next steps.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, taught by our qualified preschool teacher, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing and other essential skills they need for their next big learning adventure.

Discoveries in the Garden

Your child will love spending time in our large and colourful garden, which is divided into age-specific areas ensuring every child has access to the best resources and activities to aid their development. From exciting waterplay and an outdoor reading nook, to construction toys and a planting area, there is so much to explore and discover come rain or shine.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to nappies, snacks, wipes, formula, and creams.
• Onsite car park.
• Our nursery in Wokingham is located close to the town centre and Wokingham train station. 
• Limited funded only places available.
