Each room and outdoor area has CCTV installed, to reassure you and give you confidence that you are leaving your child in a safe environment. The children's nursery has four main rooms designed for children aged between three months and five years with nursery room and pre-school on the ground floor, and the toddler and baby rooms on the first floor. Each room has beautiful handmade natural wood resources and furniture throughout, which are regularly refreshed to support your child's personal interests. The clean and well set up environments allow children to explore, experiment and investigate a broad range of experiences.
Our unique Healthy Hearts and Minds activities provide inspirational and engaging learning experiences using the innovative and well established Boogie Mites and myHappymind programmes.
Our on-site kitchen holds a 5* food hygiene rating, catering for all children's needs whatever they may be. Allergies, intolerances or just a more acquired taste, we can accommodate all through our traffic light plating system. Every member of staff from childcare practitioners to gardeners, maintenance or support staff hold enhanced DBS checks.
We also have close relationships with the Local Authority's Early Years team who often refer to our setting to highlight outstanding practice to others. We hold tailored settling in sessions to suit the individual needs of each and every family before starting at the nursery. We operate an open door policy and are always free to chat, answer emails or calls and are there to support you if you feel anxious about your child's nursery day.

I have been working in childcare for nine years. I am a fully qualified level 3 practitioner in childcare and education. I joined bright horizons in 2018 as a deputy manager. This year I have undertaken promotion and am now the nursery manager. I am excited to work alongside my team to encourage professional development and enhancing understanding of the ways in that children play, learn and develop. I will provide exciting opportunities to provide further learning for the team. We have devised an exciting yearly plan that holds many enrichment activities, this will be a fun and exciting opportunity for the children, staff and families of Windsor to all play a part in childhood development.
I have been working in childcare for over 18 years, I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, preschools and nurseries. In 2017 I finished my foundation degree in childhood studies.
