Welcome to Oak Lane Day Nursery and Preschool, which is rated Good by Ofsted. Located in Twickenham, our friendly and experienced staff are dedicated to the care and education of children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Dedicated Rooms for All Ages

In our comforting baby room, we follow babies' individual routines from home as closely as possible, making the transition from home to nursery easy and reassuring. Your little one will also be able to use our separate sleep room, so they can nap peacefully.

Younger toddlers have two rooms in our Acorn unit, allowing them to freeflow and enjoy open-ended play based on their own interests.

Older toddlers love their room, which has been specially designed to inspire their curiosities and support their independence.

Preschoolers have a beautiful, spacious room where activities are planned with our Ready for School Programme to help them develop the skills and confidence to be ready to take their next steps.

Designed by our Early Years specialists, your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, it combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress - whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

Each of our classrooms benefits from freeflow access to our beautiful gardens, allowing your little one to enjoy exploring outside at their own pace.

With age-specific areas and a planting area, your child will have fun and make exciting discoveries with activities and resources to aid their individual development.
