Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool. At our purpose-built nursery in Chineham, we're dedicated to giving children aged 3 months to 5 years the care and early education they need to give them the best start. Our nursery is set in Chineham Business Park, located conveniently close to Basingstoke train station.

As well as our spacious classrooms, we're proud to offer a variety of facilities and specialist rooms to give all our children enriched and diverse learning opportunities. Your child will also get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Inside of our nursery we have two baby rooms for children starting from 3 months to 2 years. We focus on following children’s home routine as closely as possible, to ensure a smooth transition to nursery life. Within our baby room, children have access to their own garden, as well as a sensory room and a cosy sleeping room perfect for peaceful naps.

Our toddler room is bright and colourful with lots of space for your child to explore. We encourage independence in this room, and activities are planned around the children's individual interests, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Preschoolers have access to a range of dedicated areas to ensure the children are given a wealth of exciting learning opportunities. In preschool, your aspiring learner will learn the skills they need to help them feel confident and prepared for the next stage of their learning journey. In addition, we offer Boogie mites an interactive music and movement session, which is loved by children of all ages and provides exciting opportunities to learn about the world through music and song.

To encourage creativity and imaginative play, we have a construction room, play street, and arts and crafts room. We have a beautiful sensory room and an exciting children's kitchen where your aspiring chef will learn about healthy food choices and take part in experiments and recipe-making.

We're fortunate to have a spacious garden that is split to give each classroom freeflow access to its own age-specific outdoor space. From water play and construction toys to building blocks and scooters, there is always so much to discover; and while your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.
