I have worked for Bright Horizons since 2006. I started working at Bright Horizons as a Nursery Assistant, then progressed through the different roles including being a Room Leader and also Third in Charge, to my current role as Deputy Manager. I hold a Level 3 NVQ in Child Care, Learning and Development which I achieved whilst working at the nursery. I have experience with all age groups and have worked within all the rooms in the nursery, spending most of my time with the under 2 year olds. I love working with children and seeing their development and progress through the nursery. It is lovely to see the babies that start with us graduating nursery and getting ready for school.
I have worked for Bright Horizons since 2009. I qualified in childcare in 2007 and hold a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years. I started with Bright Horizons as a member of the Bank Staff team, working in all of the rooms and getting to know all of the staff and families. I have worked my way through the roles and have been in the role of Deputy Manager since February 2018. I have worked with all age groups and have a lot of experience in the Pre School room. I enjoy working for Bright Horizons and find it rewarding when the children gain new skills and experiences whilst in our care.
I have been working for Bright Horizons since 2003. I first qualified in childcare in 2004 when I gained my Diploma Level 3 whilst working within the company; this gave me a great opportunity to learn whilst working. Due to completing my qualification with Bright Horizons I was able to work with all the different age groups. I moved over to Bright Horizons Basingstoke as Deputy Manager in 2009 and I have progressed within my career to Nursery Manager. I really enjoy working with the team and watching them develop their confidence and abilities to also progress within their career. I love working with children and listening to their stories; it is also great watching them develop through the nursery.
