You and your child will love Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool. Set in a beautifully refurbished historic school building close to the countryside, every aspect has been thoughtfully designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.
Each of our age-specific rooms has their own individual garden. The preschool room in particular has freeflow access to the garden, giving each child their choice of space. We also have a forest school and an allotment area for children to learn about growing their own vegetables and making healthy food choices.
Activities in the Baby Room are nurturing, with a focus on engaging their natural curiosity and developing motor skills, speech and confidence. The older children’s rooms are set up to encourage independence. From dedicated art areas to tables with big blocks that encourage experimental and investigative play, children are able to learn in whatever way best suits them.
Our nursery in Kenilworth is located in the north of the town, close to St. Augustine Primary School. We have a drop-off zone to make your mornings easier, and we offer all-inclusive fees, which means all meals, snacks, nappies and wipes, are included. Your child will enjoy our excellent, nutritionally balanced food that is prepared daily by our own chef using fresh ingredients.
Ofsted have given us a rating of Good in their most recent report, commending our nursery as ‘a stimulating environment, indoors and out, that motivates children to use the resources and learn’. Additionally, parents have praised Kenilworth nursery, giving us a Google review rating of 5/5 stars.
We would love to meet you and your little one, so book a visit today and we will show you all our nursery has to offer during your own personal tour.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the NEW Bright Horizons Family App. The app will offer a variety of features that will give you the ability to get more information on your child's day than ever before, as well as being able to notify the nursery of any changes to your planned pick-up or absences, as well as booking extra sessions.

I have over 18 year experiences working within the childcare sector, starting as a nursery nurse and worked in a number of nursery and school setting to gain experiences.
Over the years I have worked my way up to room leads, then third in charge, then deputy manager, then becoming a nursery manager in 2008. Also within this time I have achieved my degree in childcare and Management, an early year’s professional status and a forest school leader qualification. I started at Bright Horizons Kenilworth nursery and preschool in January 2016.
I love working as part of a team and help to inspire my staff team. I love watching the children grow and develop and achieve their full potential to help and support them on their journey to school. It is a very rewarding job and I feel that I am always learning.
I started my Bright Horizons journey in 2010 as a placement student as I gained my Level 3 qualification, I then became a full time member of staff in 2012 and have been lucky enough to work across all the age ranges.
I then progressed from a Nursery Nurse to a Room Leader to the 3rd In charge. I am now currently the nursery’s Deputy Manager and get to work alongside our brilliant manager Lisa, taking part in lots of exciting activities such as regular Forest School sessions which the children love! During my time at Bright Horizons I have gained my Early Years Degree and I was able to do this through flexible working as well receiving lots of additional training and support. I love being a part of so many children and families early years, supporting them all in different ways.Every day is different here at Kenilworth and watching the children grow and develop into little people ready for their next step is the best part of the job!
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
