Welcome to Hinckley Day Nursery and Preschool. Our purpose-built Ofsted Good nursery in Hinckley provides the very best care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, and we can't wait to welcome you.

Outstanding Rooms and Resources

In our cosy and inviting baby room, we cater to your baby's individual needs by following their home routine as closely as possible. We use a wide range of sensory activities and resources to support your little one in reaching their developmental milestones.

Our large toddler room benefits from freeflow access to its own private garden, allowing your toddler to choose whether to play inside or outdoors.

In nursery room one, we focus on developing independence skills. Activities are planned based on the children's interests and the children love having freeflow access to their own special garden space.

Nursery room two is a bright and spacious room filled with different areas to spark imagination and creativity. The garden space is connected to the room, providing lots of exciting playing and learning opportunities in the fresh air.

In preschool, your little learner will be prepared for their next step in their learning life, giving them the skills and confidence they need to feel ready to start big school.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.

Working With Parents

We know how important it is for you to be as involved as possible in your child's nursery life. That's why we offer parents a range of opportunities to engage in partnership with us, including parents' evenings, stay and play sessions, room specific resource bags, and use of our lending library.

State-of-the-Art Garden

Your little explorer will have hours of fun in our large garden space. The outdoor area is divided into three play areas designed to support each particular age group. There are lots of opportunities for playing and learning with a wide range of state-of-the-art resources including an adventure garden, racing track, mud kitchens, sandpits, slides, covered areas, climbing frames, and much more.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, nappies, wipes, and formula.
• Onsite parking.
• Our nursery in Hinckley is conveniently located close to Nuneaton train station.
• The nursery is situated within walking distance to local schools such as Richmond Primary School and Battling Brook Primary School.
• Longer opening hours of 7:30am to 6:30pm.
• The nursery is located on the corner of wheatfield way, across the road from morrisons petrol station on Clover Field.
