I have been working in childcare since 2011, joining Bright Horizons in 2015. I started my childcare career as a unqualified nursery assistant and completed my NVQ level 3 whilst working. I joined Bright Horizons as a Nursery Nurse and soon progressed to Room Leader, Third in charge and now I am currently Deputy Manager.
Whilst being a Room Leader of 2 classes I contributed to achieving an Outstanding with Ofsted which lead to the drive of becoming part of the Management team. I am committed to the nursery and the development of all the children that we have the pleasure of watching grow along with Keeping everybody safe.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
