A place to grow

Our nursery setting is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30, for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

We offer a warm, welcoming environment supporting the transition from home to nursery, and we provide excellent nutritionally-balanced menus using fresh ingredients prepared by our own chef.

Two large outdoor play areas with a beach and a watch tower gives ample opportunity for children to explore the world around them. Our highly qualified and dedicated staff team helped us to secure an Outstanding result in our latest Ofsted inspection.

Meet the Team

Iliana Nursery Manager Crouch End

Iliana Trifonova

My journey started in 2016 when I joined Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool as a Third in Charge/Preschool Room leader.

Childcare has always been my passion and I was more than happy to take on both roles.

As Third in Charge, I joined in the management team to help in leading the whole team.

Now as a Nursery manager gives me the unique opportunity to explore and learn about childcare as a business as well as leadership and still be able to be involved in the children’s development and the satisfaction that comes with it.

Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool Deputy Manager

Shola Labadie

My journey started in April 2012 when I first joined Bright Horizons as bank staff.

In September 2014  I successfully interviewed for and was offered a Room Leader position in the baby room. I was involved in planning and setting up the baby room. Due to my performance and desire to progress, within 4 months I was promoted to head of the under 2’s / Room leader of one of our Toddler one room. With my continuous dedication and hard work I was promoted to Deputy Manager within a further 4 months.

Childcare is my passion and I will continue to display this in everything I do.

Kachka Dunn Deputy Manager Crouch End

Kashca Dunn Maternity Cover

My name is Kashca and I am the Deputy Manager Maternity cover here at Crouch End. Prior to starting at Crouch End I was based at Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields where I managed for a year.

I am a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aider of the nursery.

I have worked in education for 9 years across both primary and Early Years settings.

I achieved my BA Hons Degree in Education Studies covering areas such as Children’s Thinking Skills and the Cognition development to Therapeutic Approaches and how we can support children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities through mediums such as Art and Music.

I have a passion for developing parent partnerships and strive to ensure children have the best possible starts in their lives; both children and staff are happy whilst in our care.

Candy Floss

Candy Floss

Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.

Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!
