My Bright Horizons journey started in 2009 when I joined the setting in Regents Park. Shortly after I started, I progressed from a nursery nurse to a Room Leader and Third in Charge.
In 2012 I was successful to become a Deputy Manager for our then brand new setting in Crouch End.
We opened the nursery in 2013, I fell in love with the beautiful nursery, the local area, and most of all the wonderful children and families we have cared for since.
In 2015 I took over and became the Nursery Manager for Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool.
I am passionate about childcare and always strive for the best. I enjoy coaching and supporting the team to provide the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
My name is Kashca and I am the Deputy Manager Maternity cover here at Crouch End. Prior to starting at Crouch End I was based at Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields where I managed for a year.
I am a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aider of the nursery.
I have worked in education for 9 years across both primary and Early Years settings.
I achieved my BA Hons Degree in Education Studies covering areas such as Children’s Thinking Skills and the Cognition development to Therapeutic Approaches and how we can support children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities through mediums such as Art and Music.
I have a passion for developing parent partnerships and strive to ensure children have the best possible starts in their lives; both children and staff are happy whilst in our care.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
