Welcome to Bright Horizons Asquith Barley Barn Sawbridgeworth Day Nursery. Where we welcome children from 3 months to 5 years old in a beautiful Grade II listed country house where we provide high-quality care, education and lots of fun.

Children will enjoy exploring our unique building, which includes a converted stable annex and an age-appropriate modular classroom filled with age-appropriate toys and learning materials.

With our long-standing staff, you can feel confident that your child will receive the nurturing he or she needs. As they transition from nursery to school, preschool children enjoy having their own dedicated space in the annex and a qualified preschool teacher.

With our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists, we offer an exceptional start to schooling life. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress, whether that involves transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, it combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. When it comes to outdoor play, your child will be spoiled for choice with not one, but two beautiful gardens, allowing them to enjoy outdoor learning and an age-appropriate curriculum every day; and while your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.

Our varied menu will ensure your child’s tummy will be full and happy thanks to the delicious, healthy meals prepared onsite by our own chef and to take the pressure off your already busy day, our Sawbridgeworth nursery includes essentials such as meals, snacks, wipes, nappies, nappy cream, sun cream, and formula in our fees.
