I started working with Bright Horizons West Hampstead previously known as Asquith West Hampstead in 2013 and have been working within childcare for over 10 years now, I am now a mummy of a beautiful baby boy and hold an Early Years Degree.
Working at West Hampstead is an absolute joy, we are proud that we work in a nursery to be proud of. I absolutely love working with children and enjoy watching the children grow from babies to our Pre-School, the hardest part is watching them leave to go to Big School.
It is an absolute pleasure to watch our staff team grow in knowledge and training, helping them to develop themselves.
I have been Working in Childcare for 9 years and have been based at West Hampstead for all this time. I began my Journey as a Supply Nursery Nurse and became a Permanent member of staff after a few months and was based in the Nursery Room. I became Room Leader of Baby Room 2 years later and then worked my way up to Deputy Manager in 2017. My main focus is that the well-being of the children and staff is met every single day.
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
