Welcome to our bright and spacious Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool, where children aged 3 months to 5 years enjoy happy days filled with learning and friendship. Our highly qualified team are experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs including liaising with many external agencies to ensure appropriate support is given and benefits from onsite parking for added convenience.

Conveniently situated with excellent transport links adjacent to the A6120 Moor Allerton, our Moortown nursery is ideal for commuting parents. Establishing strong ties with nearby primary schools, we facilitate smooth transitions for the children. Situated within the David Lloyd leisure club, there is plenty of parking for drop off and pickup and our preschoolers benefit from having access to swimming and tennis lessons.

In our under 2s room, your child will have fun exploring our wide range of sensory and stimulating activities. They will also be supported with their emotional, social and personal development in a warm and nurturing environment.

In our bright and airy 2 to 3s room, your child will navigate the landscape of emotions and self-awareness, refining their communication and language skills through engaging activities like stories and rhymes. Our space is designed to foster not only fun but also the development of various essential skills. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive 'ready to read' lending library spanning all age ranges.

Moving on up into our Preschool academy , children will feel confident to start school as they take part in our Ready for School “growing Programmes”; acquiring the fundamental skills needed to progress further in their journey. taught by our own qualified preschool teacher.

We're fortunate to benefit from a large garden area, which is divided into separate spaces for each of our age groups. Each space is filled with activities and resources to aid your child's development and enable them to learn and have fun outdoors. Preschoolers love playing in their own dedicated garden space. With a secret hideaway den, a planting area for gardening, lots of play equipment and exciting areas to discover, our preschool garden offers endless enjoyment.

While your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.
