Meet the Team

Louise Morrish

My name is Louise and I am the Deputy Manager of Stepping Stones. During 2017 I will be Acting Manager whilst the current nursery manager is on maternity leave. I have been at Stepping Stones Montessori since 2005 and during this time I have gained a degree in Early Years Education, Early Years Professional Status (EYP) and Montessori certificate.

I am very passionate about working with children, providing them with exceptional care and opportunities for them to achieve their full potential. My hobbies include skiing, crochet & crafting and also spending time with my family, friends and many pets.

Kayleigh Oliver

My name is Kayleigh and I am the acting Deputy Manager of Stepping Stones Montessori and I have been seconded from Talbot Woods Day Nursery – Bright Horizons. I became a modern apprentice in 2005 to pursue my dream career - working in childcare. I have lots of cousins and younger siblings that I enjoy looking after and I have been babysitting since I was 14.

I love to watch children grow and develop and I look forward to the year ahead – getting to know the children, families and staff. I have a lot to offer the nursery and endeavour to continue to provide excellent care and education for all the children and families that come to the nursery.

Why Bright Horizons

The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 10 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
