A Friendly and Spacious Nursery in Aberdeen
Welcome to Bright Horizons 44 St Swithin nursery located in the heart of Aberdeen and rated one of the best Early Learning and Childcare centres in Scotland. Bright Horizons at 44 St Swithin is proud to provide quality care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Situated in the West End of Aberdeen, we are conveniently close to all major bus routes.
Throughout our age-focused rooms, where we provide the best start to schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress, whether that involves transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.
The baby room provides a comforting "home from home" atmosphere, featuring a fireplace-bookshelf, soft furnishings, and a sofa, facilitating smooth transitions from home to nursery, while the infant room offers a sensory space accessible to all children.
While our infant room is large and exciting messy play areas include crafting, chalking, painting, play doh, construction and loose parts play as well as a quiet corner for books and puzzles.
In our garden we have mud kitchen where children can explore making mad pies and much more messy creations. The preschool children on take part on weekly outings which are either muddy Mondays or forest Friday these will be a morning or afternoon spent outdoors in our local areas such as Duthie park, the woodies, and many other green spaces.
While your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.
