Chris joined Bright Horizons as the Executive Director for Work+Family in March 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of working in the education sector.
Before becoming part of our family, Chris co-founded and led Aspire, an edtech focused on delivering upskilling and reskilling programmes to enterprise clients across the UK and US.
Chris’s career has been focused on leading teams to deliver step change growth with a strong emphasis on developing a high performing culture and using advances in technology to build new propositions that positively impact outcomes for learners.
His approach is to be curious, customer centric and create an environment for people to thrive in.
