Yes. We have a Sustainability Policy supported by a Sustainable Procurement Policy, which together guide environmental management across our operations and supply chain.
Yes, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Climate Risk Management

In 2025, we conducted our first global climate risk assessment to identify and evaluate relevant physical and transition risks across our global operations. This process leveraged our Enterprise Risk Management framework to evaluate climate risks, and we continue to assess climate risks using this process regularly.

Approach to Environmental Sustainability

Our approach focuses on making practical, informed improvements across our operations. By understanding our impacts and prioritising action, we aim to reduce emissions, improve resource efficiency, and deliver long‑term environmental progress, recognising that small steps can make a big difference.
We comply with the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and have energy reduction plans aligned with it. We are also currently working with environmental experts to develop our wider energy-efficiency and emissions reduction action plan
Yes. Our Future Earth Programme brings together our environmental commitments and turns them into clear, measurable action plans across the business.
The programme develops action plans across six key areas: energy and carbon management, procurement, waste and resource management, business travel and commuting, biodiversity, and education and engagement.
Many environmental improvements come from consistent, everyday actions, such as using energy more efficiently, reducing waste, and making more sustainable travel choices. Over time, these small steps add up and create lasting positive change across our organisation.
Yes. Education and engagement are a core part of our approach. We work to raise awareness, share best practices, and encourage colleagues to play an active role in supporting our sustainability initiatives.
