I have been working in Early Years for over 12 years and have had the pleasure of undertaking various roles including Nursery Nurse, Nursery Manager and Area Manager. My ultimate aim is to work alongside professionals and families to provide the best possible outcomes for children and encouraging each child to reach their full potential. I am so excited to be relocating from Exeter to London to fulfil this new role and am very much looking forward to being part of the local community, serving the children and families within the area.
I have over 8 years experience in early years and have been working as part of management for 5 years. I have a passion for supporting early years professionals in reaching their full potential, which in turn has a beautiful effect on our children having high quality learning and a stimulating environment. I am a strong believer that early years professionals are key in aiding children in becoming passionate, confident, problem solvers which sets the foundations for their future.
I spend most of my spare time sharing quality time with my family. I have a daughter which keeps me very busy, perfecting my ‘Let it Go’ performances and doing endless plaits in Elsa’s hair! I also enjoy going to the theatre, cooking and reading ‘nail biting’ novels!
I am very excited to meet all the children that will join our nursery and to watch them grow in character and abilities. There’s nothing like being a part of a child’s journey- and I can’t wait!
The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
