For more inspiration, see what our nurseries are getting up to in the summer sun:
In Summerfields Day Nursery and Preschool, our Growing Artists used a variety of different textures and materials to create their own masterpieces inspired by the Sunflowers.
Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool enjoyed celebrating the end of an extensive refurbishment by throwing a garden party! The children enjoyed petting farm animals including goats, ponies, rabbits, ducks, chickens and even a tortoise! The parents and staff kindly donated gifts for the raffle and tombola, and staff baked cakes for a mega cake sale.
The babies at Northwick Park Day Nursery and Preschool have been exploring water play in the garden.
Meanwhile, the older children have been keeping cool by building an ice kingdom. They had fun exploring the feeling of cold ice and cool water!
The school leavers at Callands Day Nursery and Preschool hosted their own sports day and competed in different races such as the egg and spoon race, the obstacle course and relay races!
