Ros Marshall, OBE

Ros is responsible for our services outside North America, including the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Australia and India.

Prior to joining Bright Horizons as UK Managing Director in 2020, Ros was the CEO of Taaleem, one of the leading groups of private international schools in the UAE.

Ros’s formative training and experience were gained through 27 years with global leader of international support services, Sodexo, before joining Nord Anglia Education PLC, where she was Chief Operating Officer. In 2010, Ros was appointed CEO of kidsunlimited, a leading provider of early years care and education in the UK, which was successfully acquired in 2013 by Bright Horizons.

Ros was honoured in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2021 for her services to education, The British Council, and the National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain.
