After six months behind the scenes, two much-loved Beaconsfield nurseries are welcoming families to their newly refurbished nurseries.
Bright Horizons Brindley House Day Nursery and Preschool and Bright Horizons Northgate House Day Nursery and Preschool have completed a significant refurbishment and will officially reintroduce themselves to the local community with a ribbon-cutting celebration on 14 March. Families are invited to drop in, enjoy a coffee and explore the refreshed spaces designed for the town’s youngest learners.
For Deputy Nursery Manager Jenna and her team at Brindley House, the reopening is about more than new interiors. It marks a renewed commitment to the families they serve.
“We cannot wait for families to see our newly refurbished nursery and are so eager for them to see the changes for themselves,” she says. “The ribbon-cutting on March 14th will be a chance to showcase our investment in the local community and what awaits the youngest of learners at our settings. We really want this to feel like a true community event.”
Located in the heart of Beaconsfield, both nurseries provide early years education rooted in the Bright Horizons Nurture Approach. Through a carefully designed, bespoke curriculum, children are supported at every stage of development, building the confidence, independence and curiosity needed to feel ready for school. Character building sits at the centre of daily life, with purposeful play and guided learning helping children grow academically, socially and emotionally.
The nurseries are committed to inclusive provision, working in line with the Local Offer (SEND) to support children with additional needs. Trained colleagues tailor their approach to each child, collaborating closely with families and relevant professionals to ensure appropriate strategies and adjustments are carefully put in place.
The settings place strong emphasis on helping every child reach their full potential. By working closely with families and building trusting relationships, they create an inclusive environment where children feel understood, valued and supported.
With the refurbishment now complete, the team hope families old and new will drop by to explore the refreshed spaces and share in the next chapter of these much-loved nurseries. The investment has also enabled the settings to expand occupancy, creating space for more local families while welcoming new people to join their growing, community-driven team.
