Bright Horizons Triumphs at 30th Anniversary CIPD People Management Awards
Bright Horizons is delighted to announce its success at the CIPD People Management Awards 2025, held on Thursday 25 September at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. The event marked the 30th anniversary of the awards, celebrating the dedication, innovation and impact of professionals across HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and Organisational Design (OD).
In a landmark year for the profession, Bright Horizons was named Best HR / Learning & Development / Organisational Design Team of the Year – Private Sector, recognising the team’s strategic excellence, people-first approach, and commitment to continuous improvement.
The organisation also received highly commended recognition in two additional categories:
- Best Resourcing Initiative
- Best Apprenticeship Scheme
These accolades reflect Bright Horizons’ ongoing investment in talent development, inclusive recruitment, and future-focused workforce strategies.
