Bright Horizons Discount Offer Amazon UK – Terms and Conditions

Where requested by you, Bright Horizons will apply a 5% discount while your child is (or children are) continuously enrolled in in a Bright Horizons nursery (“Nursery”) and, subject to the conditions set out below.

The following conditions will apply to this offer:

• Eligibility- you are only eligible for this offer if you meet all conditions below:
  • You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child who will receive the discounted place;
  • You must provide proof of identity and of employment with Amazon in the UK to the Bright Horizons nursery manager (both on registration and on an ongoing basis whilst your child / children attend a Nursery).
• Request - in order to receive the discount you must request the discount offer from Bright Horizons' contact centre or the nursery.
• It applies in Bright Horizons Nurseries open to the general public. Bright Horizons Nurseries operated on behalf of an employer, holiday clubs and out of school clubs are excluded.
• The discount applies to parent fees due after Bright Horizons applies local authority funding. All 9 month, 2-year-old and 3-4-year-old funded hours, including fully-funded places, are excluded.
• Your discount starts after you have requested it and ends on the date you are no longer an employee of Amazon or this offer is otherwise withdrawn in accordance with its terms.
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively or extended for any reason.
• If you are already benefiting from a discount offer because of your employment at Amazon, that discount will continue to apply in place of this offer until the child leaves the Nursery. For all new enrolees or any child which is re-enrolled at a Nursery, the offer set out in these terms will apply.
• There is no cash alternative for this offer.
• This offer is not transferable. You cannot pass it on to friends and/or family.
• Nursery places are subject to availability.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Bright Horizons reserves the right to replace, withdraw or amend this offer on 30 days’ notice.
• This offer will cease to apply, and any right to the discount will immediately cease if Amazon’s contract with Bright Horizons Family Solutions Limited for work and family related services expires or is terminated.
