Day Nurseries & Preschool in Oxford

Bright Horizons Oxford Business Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Why Children Love Us

A place to grow

Bright Horizons' nursery in Oxford Business Park is located close to the M40 and Eastern Bypass and is ideally suited for parents who work locally or live in the surrounding area.

The purpose-built nursery boasts eight individual rooms, which are bright, spacious, highly resourced and are tailored to specific age groups. Our amazing, spacious outdoor environment consists of four outdoor play areas with free flow access from all ground rooms. The car park allows for easy and safe drop off and collection of the children. We offer a warm, welcoming environment supporting the transition from home to nursery, and we provide excellent nutritionally-balanced menus using fresh ingredients prepared by our own chef, catering for all dietary requirements. A unique Ready for School Programme including Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians prepares children for their transition to school.

Our fees include all meals and snacks, nappies, nappy cream, bottles and formula baby milk as appropriate.

Meet the Team

Jayne Andrews

I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. My roles in the past have included a nanny for 7 years, a Quality Assurance and Training Manager within childcare and nursery manager roles.

I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies and a mum to a 12 year old daughter. I have always enjoyed the reward that you get from working with children seeing them achieve their full potential and grow into confident children ready for their next stage in their development. I was inspired to work with children by  my mum who worked in preschools.

Helen Gorst

I have been working in childcare settings for 15 years and have recently joined Bright Horizons.  After gaining my BTEC national diploma in childhood studies I have worked with children aged 0-11 in a variety of settings, including nurseries, playgroups and after school clubs, I began as a practitioner and have worked my way up to senior roles gaining lots of important experiences and skills along the way.  I have always enjoyed working within early years and find it very rewarding as you watch a child develop, learn and achieve new skills.
