In 2019, Tinies became part of the Bright Horizons® family so we could keep providing your family with the best possible childcare support, no matter the chapter you are on. 

Established in 1975, Tinies provides full and part-time in-home childcare services such as nannies, after school carers, parents' help and event childcare solutions throughout the UK.  

Bespoke Childcare Services

We understand all needs are unique - Tinies' bespoke childcare services ensure a personalised approach to fully understand your family requirements. Tinies childcarers have experience looking after babies, toddlers, school-aged and older children. Our services include:

• In-home childcare – nannies, babysitters, after school care, you name it!
• Emergency childcare – we can help find childcare at short notice if/when your regular childcare breaks down.
• Mobile crèches & event childcare – crèches and event nannies.

Tinies consultants follow a thorough recruitment process to make sure they only source the safest, most reliable and skilled childcare professionals to take care of your family. All Tinies nannies have enhanced DBS or PVG checks and are fully referenced. Where required, they also have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, other Early Years qualifications or equivalent experience.
